The curricula for these classes
are from real life experiences from various dealerships and are
taught by people who have “been
there – done that”.
The theories taught in these classes will be backed
up by actual cases so that students can relate to the subjects
and instructors.
There will be extensive student participation in every
class, sometimes by delving into case studies that give them the
opportunity to seek creative solutions and sometimes with their
own dealership’s service department’s data.
Students will come out of these classes better prepared
to manage profitable departments through a thorough understanding
of the subjects .
