This half day class will teach you the most recent
methods of finding and recruiting top technicians for your shops and
then how to retain them to reduce your turnover. Students will
learn the importance of developing an incentive program for their
technicians. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing training programs
to increase profits. We will study the relationship between Re-do’s
and efficiency to training. Students will learn how to use development
paths for all technicians. Compensation issues as they relate
to your market and your competitors will be addressed as well.
